What Success Looks Like 

At DBM, our goal is for our clients to achieve life-changing entrepreneurial success. No small thing, right? Well, the first step is helping prospects see how working with us can change their lives. To do this, you'll filter through leads and set right-fit prospects onto our trained closers' calendar so they can deliver a world-class sales presentation designed to get them confidently enrolled in our coaching programs and on their way to building a thriving, scalable business.

Your role as an Appointment Setter is mission-critical–you're the first human connection they'll have with our company, setting the tone for trust, excitement, and possibility. Every booked call is the start of a potential success story and you'll be the spark that makes it happen. So they will ultimately owe their success to you more than any other person in the company, because it was YOU that first reached out to them and introduced them to us.

Our Appointment Setters book 2 qualified calls per day and maintain a 70% show-up rate and this earns them an OTE (On-Track Earnings) of anywhere between $54,600–$78,600 , but with performance bonuses can reach as high as $106,800 . As you can tell this is an extremely lucrative position for the right, results-driven person.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role) 

  • To drive revenue by booking quality sales call appointments with prospects through various organic and paid communication channels. 
  • Ensure all booked appointments are qualified and cancel unqualified appointments. 
  • Communicate with prospects and clients through a variety of communication channels. (Messenger, Slack, Email, Phone, Zoom) 
  • Communicate effectively with other sales team members and departments. 
  • Show up prepared and on time with webcam and audio working for all Sales Team meetings. 
  • Provide daily beginning and end-of-day performance reports. 
  • Manage and update sales pipelines accurately and efficiently. 
  • Track individual sales and commissions.


Results (Expected Accomplishments) 

  • Book at least 2 qualified sales appointments per day
  • Maintain a 70% show up rate

Pay for this role is salary + commission-based. You can expect to make around $54,600–$78,600  per year, increasing as your setting rate improves. You will have 1:1 mentorship, access to $100,000+ worth of training materials, and sales coaching calls to discuss strategies and collaborate to reach maximum sales. 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience of at least 1+ years in sales and/or completed a paid appointment-setting program. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Persistent and results-oriented – You're hungry to win! 
  • Must be able to take initiative, run with it, and be coachable. 
  • Willing to use, and possibly optimize, your own Facebook and Instagram profile to communicate with prospects and clients. 
  • Comfortable working EST hours 
  • High-speed internet (WIFI) 
  • 50+ WPM
