Do you have a background in real estate, title, or mortgage, and a knack for managing details flawlessly? If so, we’d love to meet you! The Lindsey Bartley Team is searching for a Transaction Coordinator to help our team and clients through one of life’s biggest milestones—buying and selling a home. This role is the glue that holds everything together behind the scenes. You’ll manage contracts from contract-to-close, keep everyone informed, and ensure a smooth, five-star experience from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Manage all administrative duties during the real estate transaction process
• Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and title companies to keep timelines on track
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Implement and refine systems to improve efficiency
• Keep clients updated and supported every step of the way

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and obsessively detail-oriented
• A strong communicator who enjoys helping others
• Skilled at creating and following processes
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in real estate, mortgage, or title work (preferred)
