Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a Real Estate Legal Assistant for an international full-service law firm in Nashville, TN . This role provides high-level administrative support to multiple corporate attorneys in transactional real estate matters.

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to corporate attorneys handling real estate transactions .
  • Draft and finalize real estate documents , including leases, purchase agreements, and amendments.
  • Manage and maintain attorneys' calendars, schedules, and appointments .
  • Track and ensure deadlines are met for real estate matters.
  • Coordinate communications with clients, third parties, and internal teams .
  • Maintain accurate records and file management for real estate transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of closing documents .
  • Handle general administrative tasks , including managing emails and phone calls.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of transactional experience (preferably in a law firm).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software (e.g., iManage).
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and processes .
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
