The position will consult leaders of the Corporate Citizenship group in the design of this function and will oversee and direct external consultants including: the federal PEGPAC outsourcing firm; outside financial auditors; outside political compliance counsel. Consolidating the governance functions now performed in pockets across our organization will enhance our risk management and performance in these areas and will result in a more efficient organization overall by freeing up local, state and federal affairs employees to spend more time on external engagement and advancing PSEG's agenda in the public affairs arena.
