A minimum of two years of experience in psychiatric nursing is required.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to psychiatric patients.
- Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Administering medications.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Managing crises.
- Utilizing the EPIC electronic health record system.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in psychiatric nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Travel nursing experience.
Special Considerations:
- Night shift position (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
- Every other weekend work may be required.
- 11:1 nurse-patient ratio at night.
- Crisis management skills are essential.
- Previous employment within the facility or AMC network within the past year/six months is not eligible.
