We are looking for an experienced and talented Retail Bakery Manager to lead our team in Grand Central Terminal, our highest-volume location in New York City.
About the Role:
As Manager, you'll oversee all facets of the daily operation, the staff and our customers. The role begins by leading the staff and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows and fostering a positive team culture. The role also includes responsibility for financial performance of the location.

Financial Performance: Manage product inventories; oversee all POS and financial administration of the location.
You Are:
A hands-on leader with previous
high-volume bakery, coffee or restaurant management experience.
A strong communicator who can motivate and directly oversee a disciplined staff.
Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
