**Job Summary**
As a Hospitality Services Vacation Planner, your main goal will be to maximize reservations by effectively utilizing your selling techniques. We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Book new reservations and modify existing ones using NAVIS CRM and Escapia.
- Provide customers with property options and information through phone, email, web-based chat, and follow-up communications.
- Assist and respond to inquiries from guests with existing reservations via phone and email.
- Answer calls and emails clearly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date profiles for current and potential guests.
- Offer concierge services, sharing general knowledge of the city, including recommendations for restaurants, directions, and entertainment.
- Complete general office tasks, such as organizing mailings and guest arrival packets, while keeping personal and shared spaces tidy.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage first impressions for all guests, owners, and vendors in the front lobby. This includes checking guests in and out, assisting with reservations, upselling packages and add-ons, and providing information about local attractions and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Support all departments and outside vendors as needed.
- Strive to deliver the highest standard of service to all customers.
- Manage daily correspondence and operational tasks effectively to exceed customer expectations and grow our client base.
- Complete shared departmental tasks as assigned.
- Treat all prospective guests, current guests, and team members with the utmost courtesy and professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Work Schedule**
This position operates on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, with Sundays and Mondays off. There is potential for hybrid remote work up to two days per week.
