**Overview** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the theatre, ensuring a pleasant environment for patrons, performers, and staff. **Pay:** $22.15 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) ( (Español) **Key Responsibilities:** + Clean and sanitize all areas of the theatre, including auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, dressing rooms, and backstage areas. + Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust and polish furniture and fixtures. + Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations. + Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. + Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. + Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules. + Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as post-event clean-up. + **Perform cleaning duties during intermissions to ensure areas remain tidy and welcoming for patrons.** + Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. **Qualifications:** + Previous cleaning experience required, especially in a large venue or public space. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. + Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. + Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
