Pay: $40/hour + $40/day per diem

Physical Forklift certification Required

Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for Fulfillment Leads to join our team and help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Lead, you’ll be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring orders are fulfilled with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise department staff and day-to-day fulfillment activities
• Manage and report on warehouse productivity metrics
• Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
• Train new and existing warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Oversee receiving, inventory, and shipment processes
• Ensure accuracy in orders, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and basic equipment maintenance
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure OSHA compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
• Perform tasks as assigned by Warehouse or Branch Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Prior experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role
• Ability to safely operate powered equipment (certification required)
• Comfortable working at heights and operating scales
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Basic computer skills required
• Dependable with a strong attendance record
