Description What Will You Do? The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and local delivery logistics. This role ensures operational efficiency, team productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction in a high-volume distribution environment.

- Supervise all warehouse functions: receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee daily scheduling and routing for company delivery trucks to meet service and delivery targets.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, providing leadership in hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Implement and enforce company procedures, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards in compliance with OSHA and internal policies.
- Drive operational improvements to support business growth, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure cross-training and team flexibility to minimize disruptions during absences or demand spikes.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
- Serve as a key liaison across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Lead with a hands-on, results-driven approach while promoting a positive and accountable team culture.

Competitive Salary – In addition to their base pay, employees are eligible for our company-wide bonus that is dependent on Wesco meeting our sales goals. We have met these goals every year for the past 10 years, the bonus is equivalent to 0-3 weeks of additional pay and is prorated for your first year. Employees in our Service and Operations departments are eligible for a monthly incentive program based on performance.
Requirements What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, a candidate should meet the following minimal requirements:
- 5+ years of warehouse and logistics experience in a high-volume environment.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and reconciliation practices.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (hot, standing, lifting up to 75 lbs frequently).
- Military experience a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Export logistics experience is a plus.
- Proficient in computer systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, Microsoft Office).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
