About You

We’re looking for a Video Editor / Producer who can craft visually compelling content that brings complex technical ideas to life. You’re creative but structured, technically skilled but emotionally intuitive. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love telling stories through video, and are excited to shape the visual identity of an emerging brand in AI.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of video content production across product marketing, social, internal comms, and storytelling. You’ll work closely with our founding and creative teams to plan, shoot, and edit videos that resonate with our audience—from motion-graphic explainers to behind-the-scenes team content.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end video production: ideation, filming, editing, motion graphics, and publishing
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create explainers, launch videos, and product showcases
• Edit raw footage into polished content with strong pacing, design, and visual storytelling
• Design and animate motion graphics and product animations that enhance clarity and engagement
• Produce short-form and long-form content tailored to various platforms (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Maintain our asset library and editing workflows to keep things moving efficiently
• Act as a visual storyteller who can translate abstract AI concepts into digestible, engaging formats
• Be a consistent in-person presence at our San Francisco HQ to shoot content and collaborate live with the team

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of professional experience in video editing and production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong sense of narrative structure, pacing, and audio/visual alignment
• Experience creating motion graphics and animations from scratch
• Knowledge of basic filming best practices (camera setup, lighting, sound)
• Ability to take creative direction and also independently lead projects
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities
• A strong creative portfolio demonstrating both technical ability and storytelling chops
• Willingness and ability to work onsite 5 days/week in San Francisco
