Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all clinical areas, offices, break area, waiting and restrooms.
  • Dust, sweep and mop daily.
  • Follow infection control guidelines to collect and dispose of trash properly.
  • Restock essential supplies in bathrooms, patients and common areas.
  • Ensure that all surfaces, including counter tops and fixtures are properly cleaned and disinfected.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder items as needed.
  • Report maintenance issues or issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution. 
  • Adhere to infection control practices and established procedures. 
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events or lunches as required.
  • Follow safety precautions and protocols while performing duties to ensure the well-being of patients, staff and visitors.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Previous housekeeping experience
  • Availability to work flexible hours depending on clinic needs
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Knowledge of disinfecting and cleaning techniques and the proper utilization methods of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
  • Ability to follow instructions and follow established procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of infection control practices and procedures 

Salary : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
