General Summary The PM&CSS is responsible for working closely with healthcare and local government IT staff and operations teams to design, implement, and support workflows for document handling automation.
Duties & Responsibilities - Manage client implementation deliverables along with internal developmental milestones
- Design and build solutions based on contract scope and workflow analysis
- Manage scope, resources, and timeline for client implementations
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with efficiency and professionalism
- Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, integrations, and workflows
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision
- Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, MIS/CIS, Informatics, another science-related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Experience with SQL is a plus
