The Survey Interviewer will oversee and manage the Neuropsychological test administration and scoring.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Administer standardized neuropsychological tests to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Accurately score neuropsychological tests and report scores for clinician review in data summary sheet.
- Assists with data entry for clinic databases.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
