Primary Responsibilities Include:
· C ontribute to the team by performing salon services
· Market the salon and build clientele
· Encourage customer retention and cultivate new business
· Help to create a work environment that encourages employee growth and success
Successful Candidates Must Have :
· Current CA cosmetology license or close to completing certification
· Ability to provide exceptional guest service by understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner
· Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
