Structural Engineer, PE Residential Housing\
\
Webuild (Apply with Get.It ) is seeking a Structural Engineer, PE to lead the project management of engineering design for single / multifamily residential developments throughout the United States\
\
The ideal individual would have 6+ years of structural engineering experience managing residential (single / multifamily) engineering projects -performing new design from conceptual planning through design / design acceptance. This will include all structural engineering components (roof / floor framing, foundation plans and construction engineering details, etc.) required to complete the engineering package.\
\
Candidates must have the abilities to provide project guidance from the development of scopes of work, budgets, timelines to performing hands on engineering and/or directing junior staff in the design engineering of residential, structural engineering projects utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, wood and/or reengineered materials. Capabilities to act as the principal engineer in charge for projects and guide projects through full life cycle of development for final client acceptance is required.\
\
Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships to include conducting client presentations, addressing client concerns, fostering organizations goodwill and mentoring junior staff within a highly dynamic, innovative structural engineering practice group.\
\
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture -Masters in Structural Engineering. MBA is desired. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE Structural) required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.\
\
Alternatively, dynamic candidates with current EIT registration, actively progressing towards PE registration would be considered.\
\
