Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to join a high-performing Agile team supporting a nationally significant cryptographic key management program. This program plays a critical role in national security, offering a dynamic and high-impact work environment. You would be responsible for leading one large, complex Agile team or multiple smaller teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Train (ART).

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate self-organizing Agile teams to ensure progress against Program Increment (PI) commitments
Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers
Lead and facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and develop User Stories
Promote teamwork, productivity improvements, and Agile best practices
Maintain information radiators, collect key team metrics, and drive continuous process improvements

What You Bring to the Table:

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or technical teams
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certification
Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Agile workflows, and project management tools
Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile best practices
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
