Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership - Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. Implement strategic operational plans to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, labor laws, and operational policies.
• Team Development & Leadership - Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and leadership teams. Create a culture of accountability, performance, and excellence across all locations. Provide coaching and leadership to enhance team performance and retention.
• Financial Management & Business Growth - Manage P&L, labor, and inventory costs to maximize profitability. Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and vendor relationships to optimize operations. Analyze key performance metrics and implement improvements for efficiency and revenue growth.
• Guest Experience & Brand Standards - Ensure all locations provide exceptional customer service and food quality. Oversee local store marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales growth. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience and brand reputation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and develop future leaders.
• Expertise in food safety regulations, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software applications.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
