Want to help online businesses run smoother by setting up the systems that keep their leads moving? This remote role is focused on the technical implementation of funnel infrastructure—no selling, no phone calls, and no design work. It’s an ideal entry point for anyone looking to support digital marketing operations without needing a degree or past experience.
Includes a guided 5-day onboarding process where you’ll build your first fully functional funnel system.
As a Funnel Support Technician, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure that the pieces of a sales funnel—landing pages, booking tools, emails, tags, automations—all work together seamlessly. You’ll follow prebuilt frameworks and learn to implement these using drag-and-drop interfaces. This is not a copywriting or strategy role. It’s about assembling and maintaining the infrastructure that powers marketing campaigns.
From the moment a lead fills out a form to the time they receive a confirmation message, you’ll be responsible for making that process automatic.
Launch landing pages and connect them to forms and calendars
Create automation flows that send prewritten messages after specific actions
Apply logic for follow-up (e.g., send reminder if no action in 24 hours)
Test each funnel from the perspective of a lead
Troubleshoot issues like failed tags or missing confirmations
Adjust message delays and automation logic to improve performance
Tailor funnel setups to different service offerings
Duplicate proven workflows and adapt them for other client types
Organize builds and document functionality for easy reuse
Open your training portal and complete your module from the Funnel Support Challenge
Create a new opt-in form and link it to an appointment calendar
Set up a follow-up message that fires if the user doesn’t schedule within 24 hours
Run a test using a fake lead to ensure all automation fires correctly
Begin adapting the same funnel for another niche or variation
This role is built for beginners. If you’re willing to follow a structured system, you’re ready to go.
You’ll be taught everything step-by-step. You don’t need any background in CRMs, marketing tools, or automation platforms.
Enjoy working through systems and workflows
Prefer technical, checklist-style work over public-facing tasks
Want to support businesses without having to speak to customers
Funnel setup is a core need for coaches, consultants, and digital entrepreneurs
Once trained, you’ll know how to build systems that power entire lead pipelines
You can use the skill to freelance, contract, or offer your own support service
No commuting, office, or required hours
Set your own pace and schedule
Perfect for career changers, stay-at-home professionals, and part-time workers
Free access to a 5-day Funnel Support Challenge
Templates, walkthroughs, and tools provided
Peer group support included to help troubleshoot your builds
Is this a sales or outreach role?
No. You won’t be making calls or sending messages to clients. You’ll build the backend systems that do that automatically.
Do I need to know how to code?
No coding is involved. Everything is built using visual tools with step-by-step guidance.
Will I have to write copy or design pages?
Nope. You’ll be working with ready-to-go templates—just plug them into the system and customize names or links.
Can I turn this into a freelance service later?
Absolutely. Funnel setup is a valuable service that many online businesses pay hundreds to thousands for.
