Topline Heating and Air, a fast-growing HVAC leader, is seeking a dynamic Regional Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across our Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York markets. This high-impact leadership role is based in Lancaster, PA , with regular travel to regional warehouse locations.
Lead and support Warehouse Managers in PA, NY, and OH, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations including inventory control, receiving, staging, and dispatch logistics.
Implement and enforce warehouse procedures to optimize safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, developing improvement plans and accountability systems.
Collaborate with Operations and Install/Service Teams to ensure seamless material flow and job readiness.
Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff in coordination with local managers.
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and team meetings across the region.
Participate in budget planning and cost control efforts for warehouse operations.
Base Salary: $90,000 annually
