Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter ( Talent Acquisition Consultant) with tech expertise to join our dynamic team at ROI Search Group who is an expert at passive sourcing and has a strong attention to detail . In this role, you will be an integral part of the team in sourcing, screening, and qualifying top-tier talent for specialized roles across a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

This position requires initial training at our Fishers office and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the position  based in our Fishers office.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top direct hire IT, Manufacturing, Revenue Cycle, Accounting & Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and other candidates in Specialized and Executive Searches.
  • Identify contract IT/IS professionals through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct recruiting efforts.
  • Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with the cultural and professional requirements of potential job opportunities.
  • Build and sustain relationships with candidates to understand their career ambitions, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate throughout the process and life of a candidate and schedule interviews.
  • Present vetted candidates to clients, manage the interview and selection process, and function as the mediator between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate job offers, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to refine recruiting strategies and offer valuable insights to both clients and candidates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role, with a focus on tech positions.
  • Demonstrated success in passive sourcing and placing candidates across various levels.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruiting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate a high volume of calls and emails to potential prospects with a national reach and exceed weekly KPIs.
  • Conduct interactions with candidates in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
  • Adept in having sensitive and/or difficult conversations with clients.
  • Position primary focus will be on candidate interaction and effectively presenting our services.
  • Send outs and scheduling 1st interviews.
