Job Description:

The OSW (Outside Service Worker) SOW (Statement of Work) Lead plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing SOW activities. This includes reviewing, redlining, validating, and initiating approval workflows for SOW contracts, as well as requesting legal reviews when necessary. The specialist ensures adherence to company policies, procurement standards, and legal/privacy requirements. Specifically, this role supports key projects, acting as the primary point of contact for all high-priority MT SOWs. The specialist coordinates with S&P teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless and efficient processing of requests. Ownership of these high-priority SOWs requires strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accountability.

• Assume full end-to-end responsibility for MT high-priority SOWs and SOW revisions, ensuring thorough accountability throughout the process.

• Deliver comprehensive (white glove) service while utilizing critical thinking to assess and manage high visibility SOWs, demonstrating excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Lead contract activities related to OSW SOWs, partnering with stakeholders, Category Managers, OSW Operations team, shared services partners, and suppliers, as needed.

• Facilitate and manage legal reviews when necessary, ensuring all contract terms comply with legal requirements.

• Initiate and manage approval workflows for OSW SOW contracts, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

• Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with procurement standards and rate cards, evaluating and mitigating any potential risks to the company.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders regarding OSW SOW contract inquiries and modifications.

• Coordinate the routing of approved, executable SOWs and SOW Revisions for signatures via DocuSign.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to streamline OSW SOW contract processes.

• Deliver outstanding stakeholder experiences, taking ownership of any issues that arise and resolving them promptly.

• Educate, support, and drive compliance with S&P policies.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract activities, maintaining accountability for meeting deadlines.

Skills

• 2-4 years of contract management experience.

• Strong experience using SOW module of Fieldglass or similar VMS tools is required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Skillful at cross-functional teamwork.

• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent customer relationship management and service skills.

• Ability to manage projects and execute tasks within timelines.

Requirements

• Contract review for risk especially experiences in Indirect Services
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• 2 years stakeholder management experience including senior level stakeholders
• Degree or equivalent and requires 4+ years of relevant experience
