Part-Time Nanny (15–25 hrs/week) Locations: St. Petersburg to Palm Harbor We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and nurturing part-time nannies to join our network of professional caregivers. This position offers 15–25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on family needs. Ideal candidates will have experience caring for children of various ages, including infants as young as 2–3 months. Responsibilities: • Deliver nurturing and developmentally suitable care for children, including infants starting at 2–3 months old • Maintain a secure, tidy, and stimulating setting that supports each child’s unique growth and abilities • Organize and engage in meaningful activities like tummy time, storytelling, sensory exploration, and outdoor play • Assemble bottles, light meals, and snacks according to family guidelines and specific dietary considerations Qualifications: Basic Requirements: • A minimum of  three years’ experience providing hands-on care to children in settings such as private homes, childcare centers, or preschools • Comfortable and confident caring for  infants as young as 2–3 months , as well as toddlers and young children • Holds a  valid CPR and First Aid certification , or is prepared to obtain certification before the position begins • Must have  dependable personal transportation and a  current driver’s license for daily commutes and child-related errands • Willing and able to complete a  background screening and provide  three professional childcare references who are not family members • Authorized to work in the  U.S. without sponsorship • Clear and respectful communicator who can align with a family’s household routines, structure, and expectations Preferred Attributes: • Formal training or studies in  early childhood development or a related field • Familiarity with  milestone tracking and planning enriching, age-appropriate activities • Background in managing care for  multiple children , including twins or siblings close in age • Flexible availability for  occasional evening or weekend help , if needed • Willingness to  accompany the family on trips or vacations , when requested • Happy to support with  light housekeeping tasks related to the children, including simple meals, toy cleanup, or laundry • Comfortable around pets (in homes where animals are present) • Ability to speak more than one language is a plus and may be helpful, depending on the household About Company: Twinkle Toes is a full-service nanny agency dedicated to helping families and nannies find the perfect match.
