About Rundoo ? Rundoo's mission is to build cutting-edge software that helps building materials suppliers enhance their businesses. Think of your local hardware store or mom and pop shop-these are our clients who we partner with across the country. From paint to hardware to flooring, stores across these industries sell over $1T of building materials annually using outdated, on-premises systems. We're aiming to change by being the first in the industry to empower independent supply stores with best-in-class technology. Backed by leading investors including Bessemer and CRV, we've raised $18M across three rounds and are growing quickly. Our team is made up of builders, sellers, and industry veterans with a shared goal: to bring modern technology to an overlooked industry. 6 month internship at Rundoo Key Responsibilities Manage and moderate Facebook group chats with partners, customers, and prospects Drive engagement by initiating thoughtful conversations, sharing content, and responding to comments Help plan and execute Rundoo's event strategy for industry conferences Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for conferences and trade shows Assist with pre- and post-event communication, including follow-ups and content recaps Track engagement metrics and suggest optimizations for community and event efforts Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media platforms, especially Facebook Groups Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment Bonus: Experience with event planning, community management, or Salesforce What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in community and event marketing Exposure to fast-growing startup operations and GTM strategy Mentorship from experienced marketing and GTM professionals Flexible hours and a supportive, high-growth team culture Compensation ~$25 an hour Who we are In alphabetical order Amanda (Head of Recruiting & Operations): studied Marketing Management at De La Salle University; worked in recruiting & operations at a few Bay Area startups; loves building teams, scuba diving, & hiking! ?
