Our client is looking for a Legal Assistant to join a well-established personal injury law firm in Valley Stream, Long Island, NY. No prior legal experience is required—this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field!
Responsibilities:
Organize case files, scan documents, and manage emails
Assist with client intake, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients
Support attorneys with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
Help draft and file basic legal documents under supervision
Gather and organize medical records for case preparation
Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers as needed
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
