Job Responsibilities

• Manage Staffing plan required showing all personnel, all shifts, hours planned to work.
• Handle inbound shipments including unloading, setting in place etc.
• Arrange storage and handling if material cannot be immediately set in place.
• Site security – interface with customer to determine responsibility for inventory.
• Maintain a Site Whiteboard and daily reports.
• Maintain Site records
• Conduct line-up meetings prior to shift.
• Understand and drive Acceptance Criteria to close project and get customer sign off.
• Send Open Issues List every 2 days to all project team members.
• Maintain MS Project with changes if any and distribute end to all project team members.

Job Requirements

• 10 Years of General Experience and 3 Years of On-site Installation
• High School Diploma
• Technical Certification Preferred
