This remote, in-home, and in-business sales role focuses on serving residential and commercial clients in the South Louisiana regional market. ### What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home and in-business consultations to sell residential solar, energy savings, and backup power solutions.
- Engage with commercial clients for additional sales opportunities.
- Generate custom proposals and organize necessary documents for presentation and closing.
- Develop new leads through networking, events, referrals, and relationship-building.
- Close deals and secure contracts with homeowners and business owners.
- Manage and optimize your schedule, set goals, and work independently.
- Qualify prospects using company-provided screening procedures.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending meetings, training programs, and marketing events.
- Provide market feedback and sales reports to the leadership team.

### What We're Looking For:
- A positive, energetic attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Charismatic and confident communication skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of sales success, including experience with one-call closing.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, auto sales, or in-home sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, and Slack.
- Strong internet skills, including email, cloud services, and online research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Ability to generate leads through marketing efforts and networking.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends for marketing events.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
