Position Highlights:

• Location: Far Rockaway, NY
• Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

This list highlights primary duties but is not exhaustive.

• Assist in the daily care of patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Turn and reposition patients every 2 hours.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing or medical staff.
• Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of patient areas.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in New York State.
