Full Stack Developer, Incident Management Tooling

We are dedicated to creating innovative solutions that drive our business forward. Our team is passionate about technology, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help us build robust internal tools to enhance our operations.

As a Full Stack Developer focusing on internal tools, you will be responsible for designing,
developing, and maintaining web-based applications that support various departments within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and improve the efficiency of our internal processes. This role requires a balance of front-end and back-end development skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.

In this role, you will:
● Develop full stack applications using modern web and C++ technologies.
● Collaborate with users of our software to define and iterate on great solutions to their
product needs.
● Solve complex technical challenges to deliver consistently great performance in a large
and constantly evolving application.

Requirements

Qualifications
● Fluency with at least one modern JS framework: Vue, Angular, or React.
● Experience with TypeScript, HTML & CSS.
● Experience with C++.
● Well-rounded understanding of web technologies.
● Outstanding communication skills.
● User-centric approach to product development.
● Experience with a collaborative codebase: design reviews, documentation, performance
monitoring, and maintenance.
