Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available in our Las Vegas Airport location to build a career with one of the most successful retail foreign exchange groups. We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and helping them to achieve their goals.

The role involves providing first class customer service to international and local travelers with the buying and selling of foreign currency.

Key Responsibilities

  • to convert all profit opportunities by continually calling-in customers, selling-up, and closing the deal to maximize the full potential of each inquiry/transaction
  • always maintain a professional appearance by following the company’s dress code policy
  • adhere to the company’s customer service policy
  • always maintain a professional approach to colleagues and management
  • follow all internal procedures for identifying customers in order to prevent money laundering and other illegal activity
  • always maintain a clean, tidy, and professional presentation of our branch
  • undertake other duties as considered essential for effective operations and services, as this list is not exhaustive

Additional Information:

It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience. Cash handling experience is a plus.

You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate and build a rapport with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales and can promote our products and services while working towards and achieving targets. The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, has an energetic attitude, and can adhere to procedures.
