We're seeking a talented Quantitative Investment Analyst to join our dynamic Fixed Income team. What You'll Be Doing:
Craft Optimal Portfolios: Conduct in-depth quantitative research on US fixed income portfolios, focusing on the sizing and combination of sectors, strategies, and alpha signals.
Navigate Market Risks: Integrate robust risk awareness into portfolio construction models, ensuring resilience in both stable and volatile market conditions.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with portfolio managers and senior leadership to advocate for and implement innovative quantitative methodologies.
Bring Models to Life: Partner with technology teams to translate your models into real-world applications.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in a quantitative field (Master's or higher preferred).
7+ years of experience in the investment world.
Deep expertise in fixed income markets, securities, and derivatives, particularly those involving credit risk.
A strong grasp of quantitative portfolio construction and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in R or Python programming.
A willingness to explore and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Familiarity with risk forecasting models.
A self-driven, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others.
A creative problem solving mind.
CFA designation is a plus.
Experience with US Securitized products, especially Mortgage Backed Securities (Agency and Non-Agency) is a plus.

Compensation:
$175,000 - $250,000 per year (Placement within this range depends on experience and skills). Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
