Equipment Administrative Assistant Location Rancho Cordova, CA :

Title: Equipment Administrative Assistant Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Wilson Construction Company is recruiting for an Equipment Administrative Assistant to support the equipment department, mechanics and drivers at our shop facility in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Responsibilities include:

• Data entry;
• Tracking equipment locations and usage;
• Preparation of various reports and other departmental projects as needed;
• Organization and maintenance of both paper and electronic files;
• Invoice coding and accounts payable assistance;
• Create and maintain spreadsheets;
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages;
• Occasional errands;
• Clerical tasks to support the mechanics and drivers as requested; and
• Work closely with equipment headquarters in Woodburn, OR.

Requirements include:

• HS diploma;
• Minimum of 2 years' administrative/clerical support experience, construction industry a plus;
• Proficient in MS Office, to include Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams;
• Familiarity with SharePoint preferred but not required;
• Alpha and numeric filing skills;
• Excellent organizational and data entry skills;
• Attention to detail and self-motivated;
• Effective communications skills and the ability to work with various personality types;
• Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude;
• Flexibility and willingness to help and support others;
• Reliable and dependable;
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
