  • Educate & Engage: Introduce potential customers to the benefits of our Mailback Solutions program.
  • Drive Revenue: Generate new leads and convert prospects to contribute directly to company growth.
  • Learn & Grow: Gain valuable sales skills through extensive training and mentorship.
No sales experience? No problem! We provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound phone calls, emails, social media, and online research.
  • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and position our Mailback Solutions as the ideal choice.
  • Clearly articulate the value and benefits of our program, addressing client concerns with confidence.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our senior sales team, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Foster trust and rapport with prospective clients through excellent communication and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Participate in training programs, sales workshops, and mentorship sessions to refine your skills and accelerate your growth.
Qualifications:
  • A strong desire to excel in a sales career, regardless of prior experience.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage effectively with potential clients.
