Job Description

Salary: 81,250 - 146,875 USD per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field, with 4 or more years of relevant experience. If I have additional experience, it may be considered in lieu of my degree.
• I have firsthand experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and container technologies like Docker.
• I am knowledgeable about Agile and DevSecOps concepts and best practices.
• I possess a fundamental background in software design patterns and programming languages.
• I have excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, and I am a self-starter who can work independently while effectively communicating with software development teams and customers.
• I exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and have the ability to support program execution in classified environments.
• I am experienced with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) as well as CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• I have experience with commercial cloud infrastructure deployment environments such as AWS and Azure.
• I am familiar with automated provisioning and configuration tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities:

• I will work from established DevSecOps requirements to support the rapid development, security, testing, validation, and fielding of complex software and hardware systems.
• I will create, lead, and implement processes and tools to deliver an automated, CI/CD pipeline-based DevSecOps system capable of supporting VMs, containers, compiled software applications, scripts, and source code in a pre-compiled state.
• I will collaborate across development, security, operations, and Infrastructure (HW and SW) teams to ensure that the DevSecOps tools and processes support holistic system development, integration, and fielding efforts.
• I will coach and review the work of lower-level technical staff.
