Job Title : Development Operations Intern – Summer 2025

Location : Bloomington, MN

Position Description :
The Development Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the Development Operations Team with all related activities. The Development Operations team is an internal function dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of project development, with a primary focus on managing the Stage Gate program—a vital tool that tracks and ensures the appropriate advancement of wind, solar, and storage projects. This team works collaboratively across various departments to streamline processes, document procedures, enhance data tracking, and produce reports. The department fosters a data-driven environment that supports informed decision-making and the organization's strategic objectives.

Core Responsibilities :

• Complete tasks and deliverables as assigned. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
• Administrative management of internal calls including building agendas, comprehensive notes, and tracking action items.
• Prepare procedure documents in coordination with various stakeholders.
• Review and update training materials.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for management.
• Support program management of the Stage Gate program.

What you Bring to the Role :

• College student in business, communications, information systems, data analytics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
