Job Description

Nacuity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a pioneer in the development of therapies targeted at chronic conditions and blinding eye diseases. As a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm, we strive to innovate and improve patient outcomes through our research and product offerings. We are currently looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and entering critical data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Input data from various sources into the electronic database accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain organized records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports by retrieving and compiling data as requested.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in data management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and standards is an advantage.
