We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities. **Dance Instructor - Bentonville, AR** **On-call / substitute, working on an as needed basis** Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a substitute **Dance Instructor** to join our growing team at our new state-of-the-art facility in **Bentonville, Arkansas** . In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe instruction to members participating in dance classes. This is a position working on an as-needed basis when regular staff are unable to teach. **Minimum Requirements** + Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty dance certification required. + Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date + 2+ years dance instruction experience strongly preferred. + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $20 - $28/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
