As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and event attendees. In this role, you will play a vital part in building strong relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth event operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the First Point of Contact: Respond to client and attendee inquiries with accurate, timely, and helpful information.
