Job Overview:Global Professional Services Talent Development is seeking an experienced learning development professional to design, develop, and implement learning experiences and programs for various practice areas. This role focuses on enabling employees to grow, develop, and contribute to company growth. The Curriculum Developer IV will ensure the successful design and delivery of learning experiences for Global Professional Services while supporting talent development initiatives and thought leadership content. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand and address development needs, ensuring alignment on strategy and content.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and learning objectives.
- Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Use instructional design methodologies and techniques to create engaging and effective training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Identify expected impact and measurement processes with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and sustainment of content and experiences.
- Develop and maintain learning assets, curriculum, and talent development best practices aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Mentor and coach colleagues and emerging designers while working closely with the creative team.
- Manage multi-stakeholder projects, including prioritization and delivering results.
- Stay current with new developments in instructional design, technology, and industry trends, applying those learnings to deliverables.
Qualifications:- 2 years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizations.
- 5 years of experience designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including face-to-face and live online using various technologies.
- Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment.
- Proficiency in thriving within a dynamic, high-output, and occasionally ambiguous high-performance setting.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication, including presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Broad organizational leadership development and coaching experience is desirable.
- Ability to establish a strong presence with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
