We’re looking for a Charity Event Assistant to help deliver smooth, impactful events that support nonprofit organizations and social good initiatives .
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the on-the-ground representative ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. From managing logistics to connecting with attendees, your work will directly support meaningful causes and bring communities together.
Oversee and manage day-of event logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly
Greet and engage with attendees, offering clear and friendly information about our nonprofit partners and programs
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination tasks
Respond to customer needs and adapt quickly to changing event conditions with professionalism
Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding attendee experience and maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere
Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people
Prior experience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality is a plus
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized under pressure
Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people in a public-facing role
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
