An Architecture firm in Scottsdale is looking to add a BIM Manager to their team!
Job Description:
Seeking a BIM Manager to lead the firm's digital design strategy and implementation. Responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) strategies and standards across the organization
+ Maintain Revit templates, libraries, and BIM Execution Plans for project teams
+ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to define BIM requirements and ensure compliance
+ Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of BIM models and documentation
+ Provide training and support to staff on BIM software and workflows
+ Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness
+ Coordinate BIM data exchange and resolve technical issues across disciplines
+ Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in BIM management or digital design coordination
+ Deep knowledge of Revit and other BIM tools
+ Experience developing and enforcing BIM standards and training programs
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
+ Familiarity with architectural and engineering workflows
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $92000.00 - $127000.00/yr.
