We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager with exceptional Revit expertise to join our dynamic architectural team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and refining firm-wide technology standards, while also exploring new technological advancements to enhance our practice.
Responsibilities
+ Teach team members how to effectively utilize Revit within architectural projects.
+ Refine, maintain, and promote firm-wide standards for technology use.
+ Create and oversee the development of standard details, templates, and automations to streamline workflow.
+ Research, evaluate, and potentially implement new technologies, including applications of AI and custom coding solutions.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural design.
+ Familiarity with current market trends in modeling and construction documentation.
+ Experience with Civil 3D.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively within a team in an office setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
