A law firm in SW Houston is currently hiring an experienced Billing Coordinator I to join their team!  In this role, the Billing Coordinator I assists the Billing Manager with client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and new client account setup, utilizing billing software and Microsoft Office tools. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing billing reports, coordinating with attorneys, reviewing financial statements, and handling various administrative tasks as assigned.

Salary: $55,000 - $58,000/annually

The perfect Billing Coordinator I for our client will have:

• 1-2 years of billing department experience preferred, with SurePoint software experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong typing skills.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks, multi-task effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Must be resourceful, able to work independently, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and effective communication skills when interacting with attorneys and clients.
• Quick learner with the ability to adjust to new processes and perform various administrative duties as needed.
