Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • The primary function of the International Business Development team is to build a strong collaboration between Operating Partners (OPs) and Reebok, enabling brand consistency and driving profitable business results according to business plans. ​
  • The team serves to drive cross functional alignment for all product related topics to OPs, including business solutions and the full Go To Market (GTM) journey. The team is the main POC for our OPs around the world within Reebok - the business experts at market level, understanding markets' needs, opportunities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist team at each key GTM Milestone: THO and Brand Summit
  • Drive process and consolidation of inputs at each seasonal forecast milestone: Key Category Forecast, Range Indication, SP1, SP2, SP3
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review process, consolidation, analysis / insights and executive review.
  • Support market / commercial inputs and analysis for recurring Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
  • Serve as operational and reporting lead for team in consolidation of global demand at each monthly buy window
  • Support communication to global partners on brand level marketing and operational activities
  • Support data entry, validation and clean up to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Lead the creation, analysis and publication of reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Smartsheet
  • Assist in special projects related to key business milestones
  • Assist in sample coordination (manage various miscellaneous sample inventory, tracking and shipping to markets/key stakeholders)

  • Stakeholders can relate to the following core functions: Product Marketing, Development, Costing, Sourcing Planning (Boston & Singapore), Brand Operations, GTM Marketing, and Global Operating Partners

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Creation, or a related field, Master’s preferred.
  • Self-starter and solution oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and growth mindset is a must.
  • Thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment and energized by real-time, in-person collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), Power BI a plus
  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
