Job Description

Optiv is hiring an AI Solution Architect to join our growing organization! The AI Solution Architect will be embedded directly within the Sales Operations group to serve as a strategic bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The AI Solution Architect will lead the design, prototyping, and production deployment of AI systems that drive measurable value for the business. Ideal for those with a passion for AI-driven business transformation, those dedicated to staying on top of the latest AI technologies, those willing to lead the way in integrating cutting-edge AI solutions in a dynamic, multifaceted business environment. This role will be focused on enhancing interactivity and intuitiveness of OMS Platform to increase adoption and drive client materiality.

 

How you'll make an impact:

  • Lead the design, prototyping, and production deployment of AI solutions, including agentic systems, that directly solve critical business problems and deliver measurable value.

  • Consult with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and assess how AI techniques, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and agent frameworks, can address those needs.

  • Work closely with Optiv’s data platform and IT teams to design robust AI architectures, including the integration of components such as foundation models, retrieval-augmented generation, memory layers, tool use APIs, and orchestration frameworks for agent-based systems.

  • Ensure robust, scalable, and ethically responsible data pipelines for training and fine-tuning AI models, including structured and unstructured sources, to support adaptive, agentic behavior in deployed solutions.

  • Continuously monitor AI solution performance, leveraging telemetry, user feedback, and real-world interactions to refine solution behaviors, tool use, and decision quality over time.

  • Stay current with advances in AI technologies such as foundation models, autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, and agent orchestration tools, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into future solutions.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning or related field.

  • 5+ years experience architecting and developing AI solutions on platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure, Google Cloud and OpenAI.

  • Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, LLM, Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch and other AI frameworks.

  • Experience bringing an AI project through production and implementation.

  • Ability to think creatively and collaborate about applying AI to solve business problems with multiple capabilities, including Experience Design, Enablement, Process Reengineering, and Business Leaders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain AI solutions to business stakeholders.

  • Experience in the cyber security industry a plus
